Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.

• Understand the menu thoroughly and assist guests with recommendations and detailed descriptions of menu items.

• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and beverages with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Ensure tables are managed effectively to accommodate reservations and walk-in guests.

• Handle guest complaints with grace and professionalism, resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.

• Process payments and ensure accurate transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

• Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
